Tzofim Australia operates four Shvatim (branches) across Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane, welcoming Hebrew-speaking Jewish youth in Years 3–12 every Sunday.
Through engaging Peulot (activities) conducted in Hebrew, Chanichim develop leadership skills, build lifelong friendships, strengthen their connection to Israel, and explore Jewish values, Israeli culture, and scouting principles.
Throughout the year, they also take part in camps, hikes, seminars, holiday celebrations, community volunteering, and other special events. As a non-political and non-affiliated youth movement, Tzofim Australia provides a welcoming environment where every child can grow, belong, and thrive.

Founded in 2013, Shevet Onnot is the original Tzofim Australia branch and remains our largest, with over 100 chanichim. Located in the heart of Melbourne, it has been inspiring generations of young leaders while fostering a strong Jewish-Israeli community.
Shevet shahar
North sydney
Established in 2016, Shevet Shahar serves more than 60 chanichim from across the Sydney metropolitan area. Based in Sydney's northern suburbs, it welcomes Hebrew-speaking Jewish youth from all parts of the city.

Founded in 2023, Shevet Hofim is located in Sydney's eastern suburbs and is home to more than 30 chanichim. The Shevet continues to expand Tzofim Australia's reach, bringing Israeli-style informal education to even more Jewish families across Sydney.

brisbane
Founded in 2024, Shevet Oz is Tzofim Australia's newest branch, serving Brisbane and surrounding Jewish communities. Alongside its weekly program for more than 15 chanichim, it also offers a Bar and Bat Mitzvah program, a Hebrew Sunday School, and regularly visits communities across North Brisbane, South East Queensland, the western suburbs, the Gold Coast, and the Sunshine Coast.
