CHILD SAFTEY
At Tzofim Australia, the safety and wellbeing of every chanich (participant), madrich (leader), staff member, and volunteer is our highest priority. We are committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment where young people can learn, grow, and thrive.
All Tzofim staff, volunteers, and madrichim hold valid Working with Children Checks and receive comprehensive training in leadership, child safeguarding, and child safety. Ongoing training is provided throughout the year to ensure our team continues to meet the highest standards of care.
As a proud affiliate of the Australasian Zionist Youth Council (AZYC), we follow the AZYC Child Safety Framework and uphold every participant's right to feel safe, respected, included, and heard. We are also accredited by the Australian Childhood Foundation and operate in accordance with Australian Child Safe Standards.
